The Center for Conceiving Health is here to serve
and support you in your fertility journey. You are always welcome
to stop by to see our beautiful space, take a look at the Yoga
room and have a cup of tea. We try to be available Monday thru
Friday during regular business hours for you to ask questions,
say hi or have a safe place to relax and unload when you are
having 'one of those days.'

Would you like to know more about your cycles?
Fertility Awareness Method may be just what you
are looking for! Through daily observation and charting of the
three primary fertility signs (basal body temperature, cervical
fluid, and cervical position) you can pinpoint the time when
you are most fertile. This method, which is quite different from
the “Rhythm Method”, is used world wide both to plan
and prevent pregnancy. It even works for women who are breastfeeding
and/or have irregular cycles! This class welcomes couples and
individuals. Follow-up with instructor is encouraged and included
in class fee.
